Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, der Hausherr stellt für Surfboards, Boote, etc. auch gerne eine Garage zur Verfügung. Und das Beste ist der Hausherr selbst, unglaublich freundlich und bemüht seinen Gästen alles Recht zu machen, eine Seele von einem Menschen. Nahe zur Villa gibt es das Restaurant Samson wo man gut und günstig Speisen kann und vor der Villa ist ein Bäcker.
